We were refferred to Neda as our loan advisor. From our first meeting with Neda, through the whole process of looking for our first home for 6 months, we felt confident and supported in our decisions thanks to both our realtor and Neda's expertise. She is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and attentive. She did a fantastic job in educating us on the loan and escrow process. I remember when one of the homes we submitted an offer on fell through, Neda called to reassure us that everything would work out in the end. That personal touch made all the difference to us.
