Oak Tree funding was wonderful! I'm a retired CPA and I used to think I could source a home loan as well as any broker. Boy was I wrong! Wahid was able to access programs I couldn't access directly and made suggestions I would never have thought of. After refinancing once, Wahid called me suggesting I refinance again because of the drop in rates! Which we did! Saved me a lot of money. Terrific service run by a wonderful professional.
