The Colorado Counties, Inc. (CCI) Foundation Summer Conference is this week and CHFA is a sponsor. CCI supports county commissioners, mayors, and council members while fostering collaboration on common issues. CHFA congratulates Northeast Denver Housing Center and the many partners involved in the forthcoming Pearl Street Uptown Apartments in Denver. A groundbreaking celebration was held for the development this week, and CHFA had the privilege of taking part. Upon completion, the property will offer 158 affordable apartments.

Ravenfield, a forthcoming affordable housing development in Brighton, hosted a groundbreaking celebration this week. Developed by Brighton Housing Authority, Ravenfield will offer 46 affordable apartments for adult aged 62 and above with incomes between 30 percent and 60 percent Area Median Income (AMI). Congratulations to all involved!

Deer Run Apartments in Sterling offers 50 affordable apartments for older adults with incomes between 30 percent and 80 percent of the Area Median Income (AMI).
