Did you know? For small manufacturers, one SBA 504 loan doesn't necessarily mean you're done. Small manufacturers can have multiple SBA 504 loans, as long as each loan is tied to a distinct project. That could mean one project for a facility expansion, another for new production equipment, and another down the road as the business continues to grow.
