Joe is less of a Senior Mortgage Banker and more of a mortgage wizard, financial air-traffic controller, part-time therapist, and professional preventer of nervous breakdowns. Every time the process threw us another document, deadline, or acronym that looked like it belonged in a classified government briefing, Joe calmly explained what it meant and exactly what we needed to do.
He was knowledgeable, responsive, honest, patient, and somehow remained cheerful—even when we asked questions that had already been answered in the email directly beneath the one we were replying to. The man deserves a medal…or at least a vacation somewhere no one can ask him about interest rates.
Joe kept everything moving, communicated clearly, and made us feel like actual people rather than a loan number attached to a credit report. That kind of service is rare.
