I decided to connect with one of my Realtors Tiffany Marie, LLC today to discuss different ways that we could partner and expand our business. After a few hours of putting together a plan, we spoke about our plans for the evening. I explained that I had plans to serve the hungry.

She was excited by the mention and asked to join.

Who knew that we shared each others hearts when it came to the community. Not only are we trying to help everyone become homeowners, but also serve the ones who are less fortunate.

She was already prepared with pre-made care bags to add to the food that I was serving.

Sooooooooo, this happened today!

My client has worked 2 full time jobs over the course of 2 years to be in position to become a Homeowner.

His Realtor Tiffany Putney (www.TiffanyMarieRealEstate.com) came across my information and reached out to me while I was on vacation in Cancun.

Long story short....

I'm so thankful that I answered the call. (Rule #1 as a Loan Officer, ALWAYS ANSWER YOUR PHONE). We were able to collaborate and seal the deal. I told her what was needed, and she delivered.

Our Client was extremely excited today as he explained that this was easy for him. No worries or stress. He knew that he was in good hands.
