At this point I’m convinced he’s basically Mortgage Batman—working in the shadows, fixing problems before anyone even knows they exist, and then just disappearing like it was nothing.
I’m also fairly certain he closes loans in his sleep and wakes up to collect compliments. Every time something could have gone wrong, he already had it handled like it was a minor inconvenience in his daily routine of being better than everyone else.
Communication? Immediate. Problem-solving? Offensive, honestly—like calm down and let the rest of us struggle a little. And if I’m being completely transparent, working with him has set standards so high I may need to issue a warning label for future transactions.
I would trust him with my deals, my reputation, and my kids’ 3rd grade math homework.
