I was guided through the entire process, but they did everything for us, it was completely seamless and zero stress. I wished that they were in control of both our buying and selling, but our buyers went with a different company and we experienced delays, renegotiations up to the closing date, and an alarming example of how stressful an inexperienced, unaccountable, uncaring team can make this process a nightmare.
