We have just started helping investors with a program that is a no income product.

The loan is called DSCR or Debt Service Income Ratio, this loan is a No Income loan for any rental you want to buy. You just need 25% to 30% down payment and 6 months savings or reserves

Friday the stock market had what I call a Virus correction. when this happens the Money moves to safety that is the Bond Market that in turn lowers rates. in the last few weeks, we have seen the rates climb and now were back down for an unknown time line.
