👉 Question I’ve been thinking about recently:

How many people even realize that a reverse mortgage can establish a line of credit?

A lot of people assume it’s only something you “use when you’re out of options.”

But in many cases, the line of credit acts more like an insurance policy.

You hope you never need it.
But if life throws something unexpected your way, it can become an incredibly valuable tool.

Kind of like carrying an umbrella.
You don’t carry it because it’s raining right now.
You carry it because eventually, it might.

I think that’s a perspective on reverse mortgages that doesn’t get talked about enough.

👉 Had an interesting conversation recently with a financial advisor about financial education.

We both agreed on something:

Most people were never really taught how money works.

Not retirement.
Not debt.
Not mortgages.
Not investing.

Just… money in general.

She even has a book she gives clients called *How Money Works* — which honestly says a lot by itself.

It made me realize how many people are trying to make huge financial decisions with very little guidance.
