One of those is slightly more useful... although we're still debating which one. 😄

On a serious note, mortgage rates can change regularly, so if your current deal is due to end in the next 6–12 months, it's worth knowing what's available before you need to make a decision.

🎂 Reasons today wasn't as productive...
Someone brought cake.

We all said we'd only have a tiny slice.
Nobody had a tiny slice.

Baxter did NOT eat the cake 🐶 but supervised the portion control

A lender has released a new product that allows applicants to buy a home with only a £5000 deposit (up to 99% lending!)
⭐️One applicant’s must be a first time buyer
⭐️Minimum borrowing £95001
⭐️Maximum borrowing £495000
There are reduced income multiples and a higher expectation of credit score but this is an amazing product to help with those who have the income but not the large deposits.
