Is the cheapest agent the best option?

The decision is in and the Bank of England base rate is to remain at 3.75%.

What does this mean without the jargon? It means the market is still alot better than a few years ago but do not wait, if you have remortgage ending in the next few months or have found a property get an application done and ask your advisor to keep reviewing rates until completion.
