So many times over a week do I hear 'I thought you had closed down'
No, we are still very much open, just a change of location in Frederick Street South Shields.
Pop in, see Elaine for a sales valuation. Her knowledge of the area is unprecedented and I reckon thousands of you will have dealt with her in the buying or selling of your home at some point over the years. Maybe even as far back as parents and grandparents. Everybody knows Elaine from Moodys.

Then there is Peter. Owner of Moody and Co and office Valuer. The man who pays us a very low wage, who we continually boss around and goad him about his very loud shirts. Chief coffee drinker and trophy giver, he will give you the best advice for the sale or rental of your property which is honest and professional. Despite the weird shirt!
And then there is Gill. Chief coffee maker and sandwich buyer to Peter, who keeps the office going with her speedy typing and organisational skills which keeps Peter and the rest of us in check. If Gill doesn't know where something is, then the office is doomed.
