💻 A dramatic farewell...
After four and a half years of loyal service, it's finally time to say goodbye to our trusty OG laptops. 🫡

They've survived countless mortgage applications, hundreds of video calls, far too many cups of coffee (and Diet Cokes) teetering near the keyboard, and have helped hundreds of clients move into their dream homes.

But... their time has come!

Say hello to our new bad boy model. 😍

Here's to our new generation digital friends... although we're sad that they still can't reply to our emails for us...yet! 🤖😂

🎉 A huge end of the week congratulations to Stacey, who can officially add CMgr FCMI after her name!

Fresh from being named Employee of the Month earlier this week, Stacey has also been awarded Chartered Fellow status by the Chartered Management Institute (CMI).

It recognises experienced strategic leaders who have demonstrated their management capability, professional impact and ongoing commitment to development. Chartered Manager status itself is described by CMI as the highest professional status in management and leadership. 👏

In true Stacey fashion, the route to Chartered Fellow status was an eventful one(!) involving very little sleep, one poorly child, an orange B&Q bucket and a dash to Birmingham for the Gladiators Experience . 🪣😂 Safe to say there were a few obstacles to overcome along the way… although thankfully it was Darren who took on the Travelator!

A fantastic achievement and very well deserved (again!)

This month's Employee of the Month goes to Stacey! 👏

May was one of our busiest months of the year and, like every workplace, we had a few unexpected changes to navigate along the way including joint annual leaves and unplanned time off. Through it all, Stacey simply rolled up her sleeves, got stuck in and helped keep everything running smoothly. 💪

She's a bit like a mortgage swan 🦢... calm, collected and smiling on the surface, while underneath she's working incredibly hard to keep everything moving in the right direction!

Nothing was ever too much trouble, and our clients continued to receive the friendly, personal service they know us for.

So this one's a little thank you Stacey, for going above and beyond when the team needed you most. ❤️ (And keeping all the plates spinning without having a breakdown...! 😂🏆)

💡 The good news? You don't have to figure it out on your own.

As mentioned earlier this week, we can often secure a mortgage up to six months before your current deal ends, then continue keeping an eye on things until your renewal date. If a better option becomes available, we'll always let you know.

If your fixed-rate mortgage ends within the next six months, now is a great time to start looking at your options.

Many lenders allow you to secure a new mortgage deal up to six months before your current one ends. If rates improve before your renewal date, we'll keep monitoring things and let you know if there's a better option available to suit you and your circumstances.

🚗☀️ Road trip time! Stacey, Kelly, Lynn & Jo all bundled into the car and headed down to Darren's parents' caravan in Beer last week.

After a 3-hour journey, we arrived to... rain! 🌧️🙈 Typical given the rest of the UK was bathed in sunshine!

Thankfully, the weather soon got the memo and within an hour of arriving (and a short walk to the pub) the sun was shining and the holiday could officially begin! 😎
