And then it was April! Congratulations to all of my clients who have managed to get over the line in time for the stamp duty changes, and to all of the lovely solicitors I work with, I hope you can have a lovely big glass of wine and breath a sigh of relief!

I'd like to share my latest review with you from Ted, as my youngest client (2 years old) it was important that I take extra care with guiding him through the process, and it looks like he's been happy with the service. I won't lie, even at 2 years old he was certainly a demanding client to work with, but I will always work to my clients needs and we managed to get him into his new home with mum & dad in time to start nursery - YAY!

(I also think mummy will remember to switch to her own google account before leaving a review next time! 😆😜)
