Anyone out there wonder what the difference is between working with a broker like myself and a bank directly?

Tell me the last time your bank called you to let you know you could break your current mortgage with a higher rate to save you a ton of money?

Fact is your bank won't call you until renewal time! They make money off the interest you pay. Yes, sometimes they offer you a lower rate than what we can offer at renewal time - but I'm always watching your mortgage and often times we are helping our clients break mid term saving them thousands of $$ in interest.

Work with someone that looks at this as a long term play and is in it to ensure you're always saving money anytime there is an opportunity - not just when it's time to re-up!
