First day training in McIntee Mortgages Ltd. New aircraft!!! The ability to expand our lending area, coupled with one of the most challenging and gratifying experiences I’ve ever taken on.

Having the ability to shrink the world for our Lenders and provide an even more thorough inspection/underwriting procedure will prove invaluable to all of us, for years to come!!!

Thank you everyone for the support and helping make this happen!!! Looking forward to exploring some new Lending areas that otherwise wouldn’t have been possible!!! A HUGE thank you to Aleksiy Zayika and Noelle McPherson-Kelly for delivering her all the way from Southern California in order to continue training in a place with cooperative weather!! Over and above to say the least, couldn’t have done it without you guys!!!!

The Bank of Canada has cut rates for the second consecutive time bringing the overnight rate to 2.25 per cent.

Policymakers say the decision to lower the rate, as expected by private sector economists, was taken due to ongoing weakness in the economy combined with projections that inflation will remain close to its two per cent target.

The Bank of Canada has announced a much anticipated rate cut of 25 basis points to 2.5%.

This is the first time the central bank has lowered interest rates since March of this year. We’ll see how this impacts our housing market over the next few months.
