2️⃣ Sydney & Melbourne are dipping, both cities saw a -0.6% drop as buyers hit their limit.
3️⃣ Regional Market is doing good and growing nearly 3x faster than capital cities so far this year.
4️⃣ Affordability matters! Interestingly, growth is now concentrated in the lower-priced segments of the market where credit and first-home buyer incentives are most active.

1️⃣ Real Gains matter. From next year, you’ll only pay tax on the profit that's above inflation. It's the government's way of saying 'We won't tax you on the rising cost of living.'

2️⃣ New is preferred. The Government is rolling out the red carpet for people who build new homes. If you go 'New,' you keep the best tax perks.

3️⃣ If you own an investment property today, your tax setup doesn't change. You are 'Grandfathered' in.
