Great to spend lunch with the Head of Macquarie Bank, Wendy Brown, this week hearing firsthand about what’s ahead.

We discussed market conditions, interest rate insights, upcoming product enhancements, and the investment Macquarie is making into improving systems and the broker experience.

Four years ago, Sija walked through our doors ready to build a career in finance after making the brave decision to move across the world and start a new life in Adelaide.

Today, she’s an integral part of the Blackfish family.

What makes Sija so special isn’t just her knowledge—it’s her relentless drive to keep learning and to always find better outcomes for our clients.

Over the past four years, while helping hundreds of clients achieve their property dreams, she’s also been chasing her own:
