🏡 **Some interesting news for Canberra’s younger home buyers!**

Recent analysis by Ray White identified **six Canberra suburbs among Australia’s top 30 suburbs for under-35s**:

📍 Taylor
📍 Coombs
📍 Moncrieff
📍 Throsby
📍 Denman Prospect
📍 Crace

Of these, **Taylor and Moncrieff had the lowest median house price at $964,000**, just below Canberra’s average of $981,700.
