As expected the RBA has today held interest rates steady at 3.6%

At its meeting today, the Board decided to the Board decided to leave the cash rate unchanged at 3.60 per cent.

The Perth property market shows no sign of a turn around with only 2,941 properties listed for sale.

This is down a massive 917 listings on the same week last year.

Great news if you are a seller, but if your trying to buy at the same time it's a nightmare out there!

Hopefully as we step into Spring and the weather improves, so do the listings!
