24/7 Mortgage Corporation is growing, and we’re looking for a Junior Loan Processor to join our team!
This role is ideal for someone with some mortgage experience who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
💼 What You’ll Be Doing:
• Support Senior Processors in managing loan files from submission to closing
• Assist with disclosures and ensuring timely delivery to borrowers
• Order and follow up on third-party services (appraisal, HOI/homeowner’s insurance, title, etc.)
• Review and organize borrower documentation for accuracy and completeness
• Track loan conditions, deadlines, and file progress
• Maintain detailed file notes so all team members can easily understand file status
• Communicate with internal teams and vendors to keep files moving efficiently
✅ What We’re Looking For:
• 1–3 years of mortgage or related experience (loan assistant, processor support, etc.)
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Ability to manage multiple files and deadlines simultaneously
• Strong ability to follow processes and instructions closely
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with high volume
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Someone who enjoys working with structure, checklists, and processes
