Story time 🌟

I’ve been working with this homeowner for over a year. When they originally bought their home, rates were higher, so the plan from the beginning was to refinance when the numbers made sense.

When rates finally dropped, we were able to immediately execute the plan, and secure the lowest interest rate.

The result: a 1% reduction in the interest rate and a considerable monthly savings.

Just a reminder that sometimes the best move isn’t rushing the market — it’s having a plan and the right guidance from the right professionals when the numbers finally line up.

Hard to believe it’s been a decade. The Marine Corps will always be one of my proudest accomplishments. Some of the best times, hardest days, and strongest bonds of my life were made in those years. I still carry it with me every day.
