Under the leadership of EVP & COO Heidi Sexton, our cross-functional fraud committee has helped reduce fraud-related losses while empowering employees across the organization to protect customers every day. We're honored to be recognized by American Banker for this work.

The bank's two-year-old fraud committee, led by COO Heidi Sexton, slashed fraud expenses by 33% in 2025 and a projected 60% this year.
