As many of you know interest rates are the best they have been in several years. Part of this is caused by the China US trade situation and investors flight to the perceived safety of investing in bonds vs stocks. With any glimmer of hope of a trade agreement this attitude could change and interest rates would climb. If this just caused you to have more questions than answers, watch for my next post later this week.
