5.0 star review received on Experience.com for Jeff McGinnis by Cari M - Jeff was awesome, and readily available to strategize with me and the client to create a win! The only reason I wouldn't rush to work with him again is that he is outside my primary market area and I am a strong believer in working with local lenders. But someone comes to me pre-approved through Jeff again, I will be excited for another great scenario to play out.

5.0 star review received on Experience.com for Jeff McGinnis by Jen H - I cannot say enough good things about my experience working with Jeff. He has a calming communication style that makes any buyer feel at ease during a huge life event. Even before my buyers put in an offer on their home, Jeff was incredibly encouraging and thoughtful in helping us craft a strategic plan to secure the winning offer and set them up for success in their long term financial goals.
His consistent weekly updates were a game-changer—knowing exactly where we stood in the loan process made a world of difference. My clients were incredibly happy with how he and his team handled their loan and they deeply appreciated his clear, supportive communication style.
I look forward to partnering with Jeff on many more deals in the future!
