I accompanied the family member to the meeting to have the reverse mortgage explained. It was a very good experience. Milo was very knowledgable and answered all our questions. He did an excellent job of handling the transaction from beginning to end for our family member.
We looked into a reverse mortgage at the time and decided to wait. Milo kept in touch and when a product became available thst we were interested in we recontacted Milo. He presented the various products that we had the opportunity to choose from.
The transaction on our property was challenging, but Milo helped us navigate the task. After a few months of extensive communication, via emails, texts, in person visits, and phone calls the transaction has been completed.
It was a good experience and we are happy with the result and would recommend Milo in the future to friends and family.
