⭐️Exciting news for homebuyers!

🏠Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac have clarified that buyer’s agent commissions won’t count toward allowable interested party contributions on Conventional loans. This means more flexibility for sellers to cover buyer closing costs, thanks to recent guidance from the government-sponsored enterprises.

🇺🇸 NAR has also reached out to the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs seeking similar guidance on VA loans, but NAR president, Kevin Sears said that letter remains unanswered.
