It's the debut of their new Rivalries uniform, made for a home game against a division rival. Today that's Minnesota at 1:00.

The numbers are italic so they look like they're moving, and "Defend the Den" is stitched inside the collar.

Once it debuts, it stays in the lineup for three years.

One Waterford house has been doing Halloween for more than 30 years.

Steve and Victoria Fage started the Lochaven Haunted Halloween House as a home decoration, and it grew into a free walk through haunt. Tonight is the last night, it's open until 11, and donations go to local charities.

That's the kind of neighbor every street needs.

About 2,000 kids are expected on one Romeo street tonight.

Tillson Street trick or treat runs 6 to 8 PM, and the street closes to cars from 5:30 to 8:30. Park on Tillson before 5:30 and you're stuck there until 8:30, so grab a side street or downtown Romeo and walk over.

It's free, and the homeowners pay for the whole thing themselves.

A winterized house can still get an FHA appraisal. It just won't clear with the utilities off.

If the water, power, or heat is off, HUD's handbook tells the appraiser to ask for them to be turned on. If that can't happen, the appraisal comes back subject to a second visit, and that visit can turn up new repairs.

Buying a vacant home this winter? Ask to get the utilities on before the appraiser shows up.

Agents, the fake wire email looks exactly like the real one from title.

Scammers copy the logo, the signature, even the tone, then send "updated" instructions right before closing. Once a wire goes out, getting it back is hard.

Tell your buyers on day one, in writing: wire instructions don't change by email. Call the title company at a number you already had, never one from the message.

Do you warn buyers about wire fraud in writing, yes or no?

Wayne County homes averaged $272,325 in September. Oakland averaged $496,878.

Your parent's credit card can show up in your mortgage file.

If you're an authorized user on someone else's card, Fannie Mae's underwriting system takes that account into consideration when it reviews your credit on a conventional loan.

Manual underwriting has its own rules for those accounts, so it isn't automatic everywhere.
