All we were trying to do is get a payoff so we can close my client’s refinance. She ordered this back on March 3…. It’s now the 10th …. Still nothing. Hopefully her phone call today finally does the trick.

No wonder I’ve been getting a lot of calls lately from people who are trying to get away from company “X”. 🥴

DON’T MAKE A “REQUEST PAYOFF” OPTION ONLINE FOR CLIENTS IF YOU CANNOT SUPPLY IT. 🫣
