North Carolina Attorney General Jeff Jackson is now demanding answers from Ticketmaster after fans reported hours-long online queues, being kicked out of line, season ticket holder presale issues, resale tickets for more than $10,000, and concerns about bots and bad actors impacting ticket availability.

Jackson is giving Ticketmaster 7 days to respond. If you experienced ticketing issues, you can file a complaint at: https://ncdoj.gov/file-a-complaint.

If you’re still searching for tickets, be cautious of resale scams.
