Buying a home is stressful enough, but relocating to another state while navigating the mortgage process brought an entirely different level of challenges. Thankfully, our realtor recommended Max to us as our mortgage lender, and we truly could not be more grateful that she did!
From the very beginning, Max went above and beyond anything we could have expected from a mortgage lender. He was there to answer every single question, address every concern, and walk us through every obstacle that came our way. And when I say he was always available, I mean ALWAYS! Early mornings, late evenings, weekends, you name it. I'm genuinely not sure this man ever clocks out!
There were certainly moments throughout this process when we felt overwhelmed, frustrated, and unsure of how everything was going to come together. But Max never made us feel like we were bothering him or asking too many questions. He remained patient, reassuring, knowledgeable, and committed to helping us get to the finish line.
What stood out to us the most was that Max genuinely cared. We never felt like just another loan application or number on a piece of paper. He understood how important this move was for our family and worked tirelessly to help make it happen.
Now that we've officially closed on our new home in Myrtle Beach, we can look back and say that having Max in our corner made all the difference.
