They were very knowledgeable and helped me over some bumps in the process to a successful completion of the reverse mortgage. Ron was always available for any questions and made me feel as comfortable as he could with everything that was happening. I felt he was very invested in helping me from start to finish. I knew Mutual of Omaha had been around a long time, but I still did my research about their success with reverse mortgages along with customer satisfaction. I did that for a couple of other lenders with similiar results regarding reliability and positive customer reviews before choosing a lender. Ultimately I chose Mutual of Omaha because of Ron. The 2 other lenders with whom I spoke sent proposals very similiar to the one I got from Ron, but his professionalism along with his openness won me over. I would recommend him to anyone considering a reverse mortgage with no hesitation. Quite simply, Ron and his team are awesome!
