Somehow we blinked and summer is winding down, football is back, pumpkin spice is invading everything ☕😂 and we’re heading straight into fall!

But while everyone else is debating whether September 1st is too early for pumpkins… I’m over here thinking about houses, interest rates and getting people to the closing table. 🤷‍♂️🏡

👉 Two important changes to know:
✔️ August 3rd, 2026: Limited Review/Streamlined reviews were retired. Condo projects must now meet Full/Established Review requirements.
✔️ January 1st, 2027: Reserve requirements increase from 10% to 15% (or higher if required).

These changes may impact condo financing, so getting ahead of the requirements can help avoid surprises.
