🍁 SEPTEMBER IS HERE… AND CHANGE IS IN THE AIR! 🍁
The mornings are getting cooler, the days are getting shorter, and before we know it, the leaves will be changing. September always reminds me that a new season can be a wonderful time to look at life a little differently. ❤️
And for homeowners 62 and older, that may include taking a fresh look at something you’ve worked many years to build — the equity in your home. 🏡
We spend our lives saving for retirement, paying down our mortgages and building equity…but sometimes we forget that our home can actually be part of the retirement conversation.
A Reverse Mortgage may allow eligible homeowners to access a portion of their home equity while continuing to live in and own their home — and the possibilities may surprise you.
It could mean creating additional monthly cash flow, eliminating an existing mortgage payment*, establishing a line of credit for future needs, making home improvements, or simply having more financial flexibility to enjoy retirement.
And yes… you still own your home! 😊
Reverse mortgages have changed over the years, and there are still SO many myths surrounding them. That’s one of the reasons I love what I do — education comes first.
You’ve worked hard to get where you are. You deserve to understand all of the options available to you and decide for yourself what makes sense for your retirement goals.
So this September, while everyone else is talking about pumpkin spice and decorating their porches 🎃☕😂, maybe it’s time for a different kind of fall conversation:
Could your home help you live the retirement you’ve worked so hard for?
No pressure. No obligation. Just a conversation, some answers, and maybe an option you didn’t know you had. ❤️🏡
Happy September! 🍂
