Message to all my realtor partners out there 😂

I promise us lenders are trying our best 😭

We work late
We work weekends
We stress over these deals too

But sometimes I’ll get:
“Any updates?”
“Did the appraisal come back?”
“Can we close early?”

…all within 4 minutes while I’m just trying to enjoy my chicken nuggets in peace 😂🍗

At the end of the day though, we both want the same thing:

✅ smooth closings
✅ happy clients
✅ keys in hand 🔑

Real estate works best when everybody moves as a TEAM 💯

Unpopular opinion 👀

Some real estate deals don’t fall apart because of rates…

They fall apart because communication fell apart first.

No updates
No expectations being set
Everybody assuming instead of asking questions 😭

Meanwhile the client sitting there stressed out looking at rates, deadlines, AND gas prices at the same time 😂⛽️

At the end of the day…

The best deals happen when everybody actually works together as a TEAM 💯

Truth is…

The lenders getting the referrals are usually the ones:
✅ answering the phone
✅ communicating
✅ solving problems
✅ keeping deals alive under pressure

Because when contracts get stressful… reliability matters WAY more than fancy marketing 💯
