Thankful Thursday!
"My realtor suggested Salem Five and Paula Kahr. This is the first time I've ever bought a home. I
was surprised how much work I had to do. It is a process. We closed on time. Working with Paula
was great! She was on 24/7. No matter what time of day or day of the week I contacted her, she
would call or text me with no delay. If I had questions she would explain everything, even on
weekends. She continued to explain everything throughout the process. She is very knowledgeable.
Paula was extremely helpful. For somebody that has never been though this before, I felt very
comfortable with her. She didn't make me feel stupid when I had questions or didn't understand.

Thankful Thursday!
My realtor recommended Paula Kahr two years ago, and even back then she graciously took the time to answer my questions. When I was finally ready to buy, I knew I wanted to come back and work with her.

Over those two years, Paula stayed in touch, checked in, and made sure I had the support I needed. Even when a few little glitches came up at the end (out of my control), Paula made the difference in making this a smooth and positive experience.

She was incredibly patient, answered every question (even the ones I didn’t know to ask!), and always took my calls to explain things clearly. Even after handing my file to underwriting, she would dig in and get me the answers I needed.
