She'll walk them through every potential penny of cost, potential payments and total cash to close, and explain the entire process. Clients will also have current information on any property they’re about to make an offer on, so that they are 100% comfortable with their decisions. In addition to her mortgage expertise, Kathleen donates her time to a variety of organizations. She served on the Board of Directors for South Shore Young Professionals for five years and is a former Ambassador for the South Shore Chamber of Commerce. Kathleen is currently a member of South Shore Business Leaders and the 143 Networking group. She is a certified Divorce Lending Professional and an active member of Vesta Divorce. Since 2016, Kathleen has helped many people navigate home financing in divorce situations. Kathleen is a graduate of Marist College, where she was a Division 1 Swimmer and currently resides in Plymouth, MA. Kathleen spends her free time with family and has been an avid golfer throughout her life.
