"Kathleen is a Senior Mortgage Consultant for Fairway Independent Mortgage specializing in residential loans as well as Reverse mortgage loans for both purchases and refinances. A former insurance industry and financial planning executive, Kathleen has been in the mortgage industry since 2004. Kathleen’s financial background ensures that she’s able to guide her clients to the best loan products for their situation, help them improve their credit scores, and better understand the loan process. Kathleen prides herself on her excellent customer service skills and offers information and guidance to make it an easy, smooth and stress-free experience. Kathleen strives to make sure every client has a five-star experience, often receiving referrals for years beyond closing. In addition to her mortgage expertise, Kathleen donates her time to a variety of organizations. She served on the Board of Directors for South Shore Young Professionals for five years and is a former Ambassador for the South Shore Chamber of Commerce. Kathleen is currently a member of South Shore Business Leaders and the 143 Networking group. She is a certified Divorce Lending Professional and an active member of Vesta Divorce. Since 2016, Kathleen has helped many people navigate home financing in divorce situations. Kathleen is a graduate of Marist College, where she was a Division 1 Swimmer and currently resides in Plymouth, MA. Kathleen spends her free time with family and has been an avid golfer throughout her life.

Kathleen's willingness to be contacted at any time for any question and the status updates throughout the process made me feel supported and well taken care of. The fact that Kathleen showed up at our closing showed that she was not just in it for the loan and deal, but was genuinely excited for the people and what the loan meant to people. She was informative and spent time on calls walking us through each step and answering all of our questions. She referred us to our home insurance provider, provided us with a fantastic attorney, turned around a closing date that was speedy and easy, and generally was prompt at providing pre approvals as needed for multiple homes. She also personally called the seller agent for our new home which we believe was a cruitial part of our offer being accepted. She was overall so pleasant and professional and made us feel the utmost comfort in who we were trusting our mortage with. We could not thank her enough!
