He was always available to answer any and all questions I had, even if I had to ask the same question a few times. My wife and I have 6 dogs which made the Cash2Keys program hugely important to us and Tom was sensitive to that throughout the entire process. Without this program, and Tom's assistance, I don't think we would have been able to go through with the sale and purchase of our homes.
