5.0 star review received on Experience.com for Raffi Altounian by Kaitlyn D - I cannot say enough great things about Raffi Altounian and the experience I had working with him on my home equity loan. From beginning to end, Raffi was absolutely amazing. The process itself became difficult and frustrating at times due to issues with the loan company, but Raffi was the person who made the entire experience manageable and ultimately positive.
Raffi was incredibly patient, personable, professional, knowledgeable, and responsive throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer my questions, explain things clearly, and make sure I understood what was happening every step of the way. I never felt like I was just another application or number to him. He genuinely made me feel like he cared about helping me get this loan completed successfully.
What impressed me most was his patience and professionalism when things became complicated. Instead of allowing the difficulties with the process to become my problem, Raffi continued communicating with me, working through the issues, and doing everything he could to keep things moving forward. He remained positive, respectful, and reassuring even during the frustrating parts of the process.
Customer service like this is becoming increasingly difficult to find. You can tell when someone is simply doing their job versus when someone truly takes pride in helping the people they work with. Raffi is definitely the latter. He went above and beyond what I expected from a loan officer and completely changed what could have been a very stressful experience.
If I ever need another loan or financial service where Raffi can assist me, I would not hesitate to work with him again. I would also confidently recommend him to my family, friends, or anyone looking for a loan officer who is professional, patient, trustworthy, personable, and genuinely committed to his clients.
Raffi deserves more than five stars. Outstanding service from start to finish. Thank you, Raffi, for all of your patience, hard work, and dedication in helping me successfully obtain my home equity loan!
