The She Means Business Women's conference was nothing short of amazing this weekend! This statement "A flower does not compete with the flower next to it...it just blooms" was the whole theme for me. Seeing over 300 successful beautiful ladies in the room sharing and giving unselfishly of themselves was so mind blowing. You had to be in the room to witness it! Thanks to UBIs EVP Erin Wilson James and UBI leadership for putting together such a super awesome event and all those who showed up and out! We're locking in!
