Dianne Moore kicks things off at 10 with her Commissions Workshop, and if you've never seen Dianne teach, that alone is worth the trip. That one runs til 1 and gets you 3 CE hours. Then Elizabeth Greever is talking Getting Started with Short Term Rentals from 1 to 3, which I know a bunch of y'all have been curious about, and that's 2 more hours. Stay all day and you leave with 5 free hours and probably a few new friends too.

Think you need a mountain of cash to buy a home? This closing says otherwise. With a down payment assistance program, our own Megan Dodson took this file from contract to closing table in just 20 days, and beyond his option fee and earnest money, all the borrower needed on closing day was $585.

Down payment assistance is real, it's available right here in Texas, and knowing these programs inside and out is part of what we do every day. If saving for a down payment is the thing standing between you and your first home, let's talk. There might be more help out there than you think.
