This week has been HECTIC!

I got CTC in 2 weeks on a borrower that got denied by multiple other lenders.

I got called at the last minute to save a deal that was supposed to close today. Working on that one right now!

Working on getting a borrower who is right on the edge of approvability into a home.

Helping borrowers who are trying to buy at the end of the year get their credit up.

It's been a whirlwind week and I've worked well past 5 every. single. day. Then, still went home and took my kids to sports and made time to teach the oldest to drive.

Love this family! They got cash out of their house and got to keep their same rate!
