Jerry understood my timeline, needs, and requirements. He took the time to make personalized videos to explain my loan. On top of that Jerry was always willing and happy to help and explain things. This made my experience as a first time homeowner so much more enjoyable. I would go as far as to say if you don't go with Jerry Smith as your lender you may be making a mistake.
