There are 2 pieces of constructive criticism I’ll share: we were told Movement could clips in 21 days, which may be true but there are many variables with a VA loan that can impact that, so I’d stay away from that unless the client ask for a quicker close.
The appraisal came in $29,900 lower than the contract price and my clients wife, our joint client, told me that Kim asked what they were going to do and when she told her what they were going to offer, Kim said “that won’t fly” or something to that effect. The client immediately called me concerned. I told her not to worry about what Kim said as that was not her area of expertise. As their Realtor, it is my job to negotiate the contract.
