From start to finish on a condo purchase for my client. Contract date is for 5/15!

Banks and direct lenders will take a week just to order the condo docs. We get it done faster. This is why I love being a broker. Lenders work for me!

The power of being a mortgage broker. My client was initially offered a 6.875 from his bank, I was able to get him in the 5s on a conventional loan with less closing costs. And we closed in 11 days!!

I just pre-approved a Veteran who has been trying to buy a home for over three years without success.

He was working with 2 big VA lenders, that have the word Veteran and USA in their name. giving you little hits who that may be. He was denied by them a few days ago.

Imagine the amount of people out there who get denied by 1 lender, and then losing hope of buying a home and keep renting.

This is the true power of being a broker—helping families achieve their dream of homeownership!

I just had a Veteran come over us .mortgage. He was working with a top VA lender in the country. They were charging him over $14,000 just in lenders fees alone!!!

As a I helped him save over $10,000 for the same exact rate he was getting with a direct lender. Instead of paying an extra $10,000 for a lender to do his loan, he is now getting 10k extra on his cash out refi.

Don't overpay by working with high cost lenders.

I see this stuff happen not only on refis, but on purchase loans as well. On average, I save my clients over $4000 on closing costs.
