⛳️ 15 YEARS. SAME OUTING. BIGGER TEAM. WORSE GOLF. 😂

The VII Hills 15th Annual Golf Outing is officially in the books!

Some people brought their A-game. Some brought questionable swing mechanics. Others apparently thought “FORE!” was more of a suggestion than a warning. 😂

But this outing has always been about more than golf.

15 years of competition, laughs, relationships, and watching VII Hills continue to grow. And right now… we’re not done growing.

We’re looking to add experienced mortgage bankers and sales leaders who want to be part of what we’re building.

The goal is simple:

📈 Grow the branch.
🏆 Add more talent.
⛳ Lower the branch handicap.

Golfers preferred, not required. 😂
Although after watching some of the swings in this video, the definition of “golfer” is apparently pretty loose around here.

We’ve all seen the manager who plays from the luxury box — monitoring the scoreboard, protecting the budget, and occasionally waving from a distance.

Chris? He’s the guy who’s been in the trenches with his bankers from day one — sleeves rolled up, diving into the weeds, putting the team first even when it meant sacrificing his own time. Zero ego, maximum hustle. That’s real leadership.
