From our first conversation, Dave took the time to explain everything not only to me but my parents so we could feel confident in every step and part of the process. Everything from the types of loans, financial questions, our best options, and making sure everything was done in my best interest; he handled LOTS of conversations with enthusiasm and patience. I enjoyed working with someone who is clearly very knowledgeable and intentional with his work and made all for a smooth process. I was honestly very surprised by how quick his response time was and the clarity given through every interaction albiet written or verbal. Despite a small hiccup I personally experienced in getting in the final few papers, he worked dilligently to get my loan submitted on time and continued to deliver what was promised from day 1. I mostly enjoyed feeling like I was working with a human that cared about his clients, not a transactional business robot; and I attribute a great deal of getting my new home keys to Dave. I am excited to recommend him to anyone who could benefit from his services! Thank you, Dave!
