I want to shout-out our team here at VanDyk Mortgage. A new to the business seller's agent had a client get denied 2 days before closing. Someone referred her to us at Van Dyk. The client is a truck driver over 30 years who recently retired in 2022. This past April he decided to get back in the game and drive again. The lender denied him stating he didn't have 12 months on the job to qualify. Mrs. Lindsey on our underwriting team helped form a solution that would meet the needs. Use the current income and history though 3yrs old to process through Freddie Mac and we were able to get a clear to close! This was a manufactured home, using well water, septic, lacking comps, needing a new appraisal, and a CDA. After all of that we have a clear to close. Our team is amazing!
