I was provided opportunity to discuss my questions and concerns throughout this process. I thought the rates were competitive for the market as well. I would say I would like to see more incorporation of the mobile app in the loan process, it's an effective way to check if items are missing, pending, and easy to navigate to submit documents if needed.
